Your supplement is discarded and you can return to the original estimate. Tip: If you want to discard your uncommitted new supplement, click Discard on the Estimate card from the Job Overview page. Complete the supplement in Mitchell Cloud Estimating.The estimate is converted to a Mitchell Cloud Estimating estimate and opens in Mitchell Cloud Estimating. This window only appears for Mitchell Cloud Estimating estimates. Click the appropriate check boxes to apply recent updates to existing estimate lines, and then click Continue Estimate.
#Mitchell estimating ultramate update
The Parts and Labor Data Update Available window may appear for Mitchell Cloud Estimating.Note: Click UltraMate if you want to write the supplement in UltraMate and not Mitchell Cloud Estimating. You will see a success message on the card when the supplement is downloaded. On the Job Overview page, click Supplement on the Estimate card.
If a lock icon appears on the Estimate card, the estimate is locked by the insurance company and a supplement cannot be written until the estimate is unlocked. The estimate must be committed and must be shared. This feature is available for cross supplementation with Mitchell Cloud Estimating. Write a supplement for an UltraMate estimate in Mitchell Cloud Estimating. Click Supplement on the estimate card to begin writing your supplement. The Job Overview page opens directly to the job.Work from the previous estimate is retained and not lost. If the estimate is in a retrievable state, then the active assignment is replaced and the new assignment is assigned to you. Note: If there is already a supplement assignment, a message appears showing the name of the user working on the estimate. A supplement assignment is created and assigned to you, allowing you to supplement the estimate. The estimate opens as a PDF which you can print or save to your computer. Click the print icon next to the estimate you want to print. Tip: You can print previous estimates in the list if you want to review older estimates in detail. In the Retrieve Estimate window, enter the claim number in the Claim Number window, and then click.On the Tasks list in Mitchell Connect, click Retrieve Estimate.Note: The estimate must be unlocked and you can only supplement the latest version of the estimate. Once the supplement is written from a retrieved estimate, staff users can send the supplement back to the insurance company using Mitchell Connect. This feature allows staff users to retrieve previously available Mitchell Estimates and write a supplement without waiting for a supplement assignment to be dispatched.
